A neutral schedule defines mobilisation, response, expected completion dates, subcontractor coordination, evidence, client-controlled closure, downtime and handover requirements.

A contractor marking an item complete means ready for review. It does not by itself constitute contractual acceptance, certification, Practical Completion, Completion, making good or waiver. Contractual authority remains with the people and processes defined by the underlying contract.
External contractor and tier-two access is scoped and revocable. Project photographs and records are treated as confidential project evidence. External users must accept the External User Terms before project records or signed photo links are released.
