SNAGSORT SOLO · EARLY ACCESS

Snag at walking speed.

For project managers, site managers and inspectors who need to capture what they see and keep moving. Add a photo, a quick note or a few words of site jargon — spelling mistakes included — and SnagSort works with you in the background to structure the snag while the walk is still happening.

The web app is available now. Dedicated Apple App Store and Google Play releases are in development and are not live yet.

FOR THE PERSON DOING THE WALK

Rough input. Clean snags as you go.

Most snagging tools slow you down by asking for polished form entries at the defect. Solo is designed for real site input: short notes, abbreviations, jargon, dictated phrases and spelling mistakes. Capture what matters quickly and let the AI organise it in the background while you continue the walk.

01

Capture

Photo first or note first. Mark the defect, add the room or area and type or dictate the quickest useful description. It does not need to be polished.

02

Organise

SnagSort structures the description and action while you work. Review it immediately if you want, or keep moving and check it later.

03

Send

Select the snags that belong together, choose the responsible party, then send a live link, PDF or CSV depending on how they prefer to work.

04

Close

The contractor returns completion photos and comments. You decide whether the evidence is accepted or the snag goes back.

SMART WITHOUT GETTING IN THE WAY

Trade or department first. Owner when the project knows it.

Solo is designed to classify the work without pretending it knows the contract. A paint defect can be tagged as Decorator. If that project has already learned that decorating goes to JP Painting, SnagSort can suggest the owner as a project-specific shortcut. A station notice board might carry both Station and Branding, with Laura as the owner when that is already known.

When responsibility is not clear, it stays unassigned until send time rather than being guessed.
