Capture what matters quickly and let the AI organise it in the background while you continue the walk.

Select the snags that belong together, choose the responsible party, then send a live link, PDF or CSV depending on how they prefer to work.

SMART WITHOUT GETTING IN THE WAY
Trade or department first. Owner when the project knows it.
Solo is designed to classify the work without pretending it knows the contract. A paint defect can be tagged as Decorator. If that project has already learned that decorating goes to JP Painting, SnagSort can suggest the owner as a project-specific shortcut. A station notice board might carry both Station and Branding, with Laura as the owner when that is already known.
When responsibility is not clear, it stays unassigned until send time rather than being guessed.
