CONFIDENTIAL PROJECT ACCESS
External User Terms
1. Acceptance before access
You must accept these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Notice before SnagSort releases project records or signed photo links to your external-user session. SnagSort records the accepting name, user/guest/project identifiers, company/party, role, timestamp and the versions of the documents accepted.
2. Use only for the assigned project work
You may view and use only the project content made available to you and only to price, plan, coordinate, complete, evidence, query or otherwise perform the work assigned to you.
3. No off-platform distribution
Unless the client expressly authorises it in writing or disclosure is required by law, you must not:
- download, save, copy or extract project photographs or records;
- take screenshots or screen recordings;
- print or create local PDF copies;
- forward content by email, messaging or file transfer;
- post content to social media, marketing material, case studies or websites;
- upload content to another cloud drive, CDE, document system or image library;
- upload project content to an external AI, chatbot, image-analysis or model-training service;
- share access links, codes or authenticated sessions with another person.
4. Approved exceptions
If the client requires information to be transferred into a nominated CDE or other approved system, follow the client’s written instruction and use only the authorised route. A project-specific written instruction overrides the default no-distribution rule only to the extent stated.
5. Completion evidence
You must have authority to upload any completion evidence you submit. Submitted evidence may be retained by the client as part of the project quality, contract, audit and handover record. Marking an item complete or submitting evidence means ready for review; it does not itself constitute client acceptance, certification, Completion, Practical Completion, making good or waiver.
6. Confidentiality and data protection
Do not expose personal data, security-sensitive information, commercially sensitive information or other project material beyond people who are authorised for the relevant work. Notify the project team promptly if you suspect an access link, photograph or record has been disclosed improperly.
7. Access control
Access is personal, scoped and revocable. The client or authorised project administrator may revoke access at any time. You must not attempt to access another contractor’s items, pricing, evidence or project data.
8. Legal requirements
Nothing in these terms prevents a disclosure required by law, court order or competent regulator. Where legally permitted, notify the client before disclosure and disclose no more than required.
9. Relationship to project contract
These terms govern use of SnagSort. They do not alter the underlying construction or services contract, create contractual authority for a user, or replace formal notices, instructions, certificates or other contract mechanisms unless that contract expressly says otherwise.
10. Consequences of breach
Access may be suspended or revoked immediately. The client and GMBF Ventures Ltd may also rely on contractual, confidentiality, data-protection or other legal rights available in the circumstances.
Questions should be raised with the project team or through the SnagSort enquiry route.
